1. North Indian Ocean area (Malay Peninsula west to coast of Africa):
   a. Tropical cyclone summary: none.
   B. Tropical disturbance summary: none.
2. South Indian Ocean area (135e west to coast of Africa):
   a. Tropical cyclone summary:
      (1) at 151800z, tropical cyclone 06s (berguitta) was located
near 18.1s 62.6e, approximately 324 nm east-northeast of port Louis,
Mauritius, and had tracked west- southwestward at 04 knots over the
past six hours. Maximum sustained surface winds were estimated at
100 knots gusting to 125 knots. See ref a (wtxs31 pgtw 152100) for
further details.
      (2) no other tropical cyclones.
   B. Tropical disturbance summary:
      (1) the area of convection (inv 99s) previously located near
15.0s 40.7e, is over land and is no longer suspect for the
development of a significant tropical cyclone in the next 24 hours.
      (2) no other suspect areas.
3. Justification for reissue: the area in para 2.B.(1) is no longer
suspect for development.//
