... Wind Advisory remains in effect until 7 PM PST /8 PM MST/ this
evening...

* timing... gusty winds will briefly subside this morning before
picking back up by this afternoon.

* Winds... southwest winds 20-30 mph with gusts of 40-50 mph ahead
of the cold front, shifting to northwest behind the cold front
later Friday.

* Impacts... strong winds will create Crosswinds that make
driving difficult. Unsecured objects such as trash cans will
be blown around. Blowing dust could briefly reduce
visibilities. Choppy water on lakes will make water recreation
hazardous.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Advisory means strong winds gusting over 40 mph can make
driving difficult... especially for high profile vehicles. Use
extra caution.
