tonight through mid morning Thursday over the northern Piedmont.
Water from recent snowmelt combined with these subfreezing
temperatures will result in some refreezing on area roadways
tonight, lasting through the morning rush hour.

Temperatures should climb back above freezing by around 9 am on
Thursday.

Be prepared for slippery spots on roadways. Some roads that
appear clear may be covered by a thin layer of ice.
