* what... heavy snow. Plan on difficult travel conditions,
including during the evening commute. Additional snow
accumulations of 6 to 12 inches, with localized amounts up to
13 inches, and ice accumulations of around one tenth are
expected.

* Where... Nicollet, Le Sueur, Waseca, Steele and Freeborn
counties.

* When... until midnight CST tonight.

* Additional details... winds gusting as high as 35 mph will
cause patchy blowing and drifting snow.
