evening to 4 PM EST Tuesday...

conditions, including during the morning commute on Tuesday.
Total snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches, with localized
amounts up to 9 inches, and ice accumulations of up to two
tenths of an inch are expected. Up to a half inch of sleet.

* Where... northern Somerset, northern Piscataquis, northern
Penobscot, southeast Aroostook, central Piscataquis, central
Penobscot, southern Piscataquis and northern Washington County.

* When... 10 PM today to 4 PM Tuesday.
