* flood advisory for...
south central Clark County in south central Indiana...
south central Floyd County in south central Indiana...
Spencer County in central Kentucky...
Oldham County in central Kentucky...
Shelby County in central Kentucky...
northwestern Woodford County in central Kentucky...
Anderson County in central Kentucky...
southern Henry County in central Kentucky...
Jefferson County in central Kentucky...
northeastern Bullitt County in central Kentucky...
Franklin County in central Kentucky...

* until 1130 PM EDT.

* At 833 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

Thunderstorms moving through during the evening will be capable of
producing another inch of rain in some locations. Because of rains
earlier in the day, this will cause rapid runoff in low-lying areas.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
