* what... heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 6
inches in the valleys and 1 to 2 feet in the mountains. Heaviest
valley accumulations expected in Stevens and pend orielle
counties.

* Where... Sandpoint, Bonners Ferry, Priest River, Eastport,
schweitzer Mountain Road, Colville, Northport, Deer Park,
Chewelah, Newport, Kettle Falls, Springdale-hunters Road, Orin-
   Rice Road, and flowery trail Road.

* When... until 4 am PST Wednesday.

* Additional details... travel could be very difficult to
impossible especially across mountain passes. The hazardous
conditions will impact the evening commute.

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
conditions will make travel very hazardous or impossible. If you
