Issued: 3:14 AM PDT Sep. 25, 2018 – National Weather Service

... Red flag warning remains in effect until 5 am PDT Wednesday...

* affected area... elevations above 2000 feet for fire weather
zones 201, 203, 204, and 211.

* Wind... east winds 10 mph gusting from 15 to 25 mph.

* Humidity... minimum rh values 5 to 15 percent with poor
overnight recovery.

* Impacts... any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
