* affected areas... most locations along and north of the
Mogollon Rim.

* 20 foot wind... southwest 20 to 25 mph with gusts 30 to 40 mph.

* Relative humidity... 7 to 15 percent.

* Impacts... any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
